Each apartment has its own tailored guide booklet explaining how everything works, so that you instantly feel at home. The booklet also (especially) provides you with detailed insider tips on exploring and making the most of your neighborhood, including many personally recommended restaurants and cafés, the best shopping spots, sights, etc.

	BURN WAGNER Burn is the founder and owner of the company. Of British and French nationalities, he has lived in Paris, London, Los Angeles and Sydney. With a background in interior design, Burn has made beautiful interiors combined with superior service his niche. Burn holds an IAE/Sorbonne MBA degree.
	JULIE CADÉ Julie is Rentals Manager and oversees the running of the company. Trained and experienced as a journalist, Julie is also in charge of communication, advertising and business development. Julie is French and is a passionate anglophile, speaking perfect English.
	MARIE RUELLO Marie is in charge of bookings and will swiftly reply to your email requests. She is French and speaks good English, having lived in London. With a background in tourism and an insider knowledge of Paris, Marie will help you find the perfect apartment for your needs.
	JEAN-ERIC HAMON Jean-Eric manages housekeeping and apartment maintenance. He makes sure everything works as it should and that the apartments are cleaned to our exacting standards. Jean-Eric is French, and is keen to improve his English, so if you meet him make him practise!
	ZOE MARTIN Owners, you will certainly meet Zoe as she is in charge of visiting and marketing new apartments, as well as helping with Paris real estate investment projects. Zoe is Irish and has been in Paris since 2006, getting her French up to scratch.
	ANNABELLE TOPIZE Annabelle is in charge of company administration and is also our receptionist - she'll be the one who answers your call. Annabelle is from Mauritius and therefore speaks native French.
	CÉCILE GABILLET Cécile is our expert on Paris buy-to-let investments. She manages our branch of investor services: A la carte Invest. Putting her money where her mouth is, Cécile has purchased several high-yield rental properties of her own. Cécile is French and speaks English fluently.
