“We really enjoyed our stay in Paris, the apartment was great and in a fantastic location. We also took advantage of the restaurant suggestions in the Apartment Guide and really liked the Au Bon Accueil Cafe Marche and especially Tribeca which was so handy and the food was fantastic.

Thank you for a fantastic stay.

“This was our 2nd visit to the Eiffel View apartment. We were there 2 years ago and loved it so much we had to come back to celebrate my birthday! We wondered if in 2 years it would show signs of wear and/or would we be as happy there as we were 2 years ago. It was lovely--so very clean and there was a new rug in the living area! It was as perfect as we remembered. It's a compact apartment but so well laid out that it worked perfectly for the two of us for a week. We didn't want to leave! We hired the transportation from the airport and back from Ala Carte Paris and that worked so well. Our driver was waiting for us as we exited the baggage area and took us right to the apartment. He had a key so could take us right up and helped us with our luggage. So wonderful after a long transatlantic flight. We used the same service to go back to the airport and the driver was there right on time and ready to help with luggage. Fantastic service!

The apartment is close to Rue Cler and we had so much fun shopping at all the lovely food stores. Cheese, fruit, veggies, fresh pasta, bread, pastry, wine--all within a short walk. Many nights we ate in. However, there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. Le Florimond is just down the street and Pasco is close by too. Both are our favorites. It was our 3rd visit to Pasco. The profiterole is huge and fabulous! Be sure to indulge!

There is a market on Thursday -- the Saxe-Breteuil Open Air Market, which was so much fun and is a treat to visit. We walked up to the Seine one day and past the Musee d'Orsay and over to the St Germaine de Pres area. Another day we explored the Eiffel Tower area and the Trocadero fountains. The apartment location is great and is right by a Metro stop for easy access to other parts of Paris. We took the metro to Sacre Coeur one day. Uber works well too and you can get over to the Bois de Boulogne for about $11. Be sure to visit the Foundation Louis Vuitton--it's a fantastic museum. The architecture is amazing.

I can't forget to mention the view from the apartment--it's called Eiffel View and you can see the very top of the Eiffel Tower. We also saw some fabulous sunsets from the apartment. We love this place and will be back! I highly recommend it.

“After campervanning around Europe for nearly 7 months on a retirement trip we ended our time with a week in the Eiffel View apartment. Our stay was most enjoyable and just the break we needed before proceeding onwards to our home in New Zealand. The apartment looks down onto Rue Cler where delicious things can be purchased to eat back at the comfortable apartment. The Eiffel Tower is just a block away and is a magical walk before bedtime. Its beam can be seen from the apartment shining around the neighbourhood. Everything is as described on A la Carte site. We appreciated the link with the Taxi Company whom we found most polite, helpful with baggage and reliable. We stayed in another A la Carte apartment in April which was also excellent. Our experiences meant that Paris was the wonderful and romantic destination we had hoped for. The lovely welcoming touch of wine/chocolate and the most delicious champagne also added to our wonderful experiences.”

“This was a most amazing stay! From the super easy booking process with a very prompt & helpful staff! They included travel tips & transportion options to arrive & depart. The apartment was perfect in every way, on the top floor with views in every direction. You can see just the tip top of the Eiffel Tower & watch it sparkling at night on the hour but, you can also see the top of the Invalids dome & Sacre Coeur on the hill from the 3 Juliette balconies! The elevator was small, but typical. It was well equipped with everything we could need! Gorgeously decorated & stocked with all the necessities we needed! Big shower, super comfy bed, a place to hang our clothes, and a clothes washer too! There are some great restaurants just across the street, or a metro stop to go farther away. The Eiffel Tower is just a 10 minute walk away! You won't be disappointed if you stay here!”

“Our family of three spent a week in Paris in the Eiffel View - Trendy Eiffel Tower apartment in early August. The apartment was exactly what we had been looking for and was exactly as described on the website. It was clean, bright and cheery with an amazing view of the city. The location couldn't be beat, since it is near several markets, cafes and shops, as well as the metro. Of course, the Eiffel Tower is only a few short blocks away. The kitchen is well-supplied and the bathroom is modern. There was ample storage space for our clothes and belongings and my husband, teenage daughter and I never felt crowded. After a week we were beginning to feel like locals and were very sad to leave. Hopefully, one day, we will be back and I would definitely choose this apartment again!”

“Wonderful Apartment in Beautiful Neighborhood
We loved our stay! The apartment is wonderful and in a beautiful neighborhood with great restaurants and cafes and just across from Rue Cler, a traditional Parisian market street. For convenience, the Ecole Militaire metro station is just steps away as is a Carrefour market. JM Bretteau, a delightful boulanger, is also very close by and we ran out every morning for delicious croissants and baguettes.

The apartment was exactly as described and immaculately clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen area is small, but fully equipped. We cooked breakfast each morning, but I imagine you could easily prepare a modest dinner quite easily. Both the bed and pull-out sofa bed were quite comfortable.

The staff at A La Carte was a pleasure to deal with. They provided ample information and were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The bottle of wine and box of chocolates waiting for us when we arrived was extremely thoughtful.”

“Our stay at Eiffel View - 1 bedroom with full kitchen and bath was marvellous.
The location captures Paris beautifully with it's sidewalk cafes on Rue Cler, classy shopping, nearby cheese shops, bakeries and handy
transport facilities.
This is the second year in a row that we have chosen our Paris home via A LA Carte Paris and again we had everything we needed and again we were impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail.
To assist us in our next visit to Paris, a la carte Paris can expect a call from Linda and Robert in Toronto.
We firmly believe we will be getting the best for a fair price!”

“This was the second consecutive year we have stayed in this apartment. We love its location - overlooking Rue Cler and so close to restaurants, an excellent supermarket, and the Metro. And just a short walk to the Seine, Invalides and the Musee Rodin. Eiffel View is very comfortably furnished, superbly equipped, and there's a small elevator in the building. We also appreciated being able to phone our family and friends in Australia at no additional cost. Booking with A La Carte was a breeze. There are never any surprises - the information on their website can be relied upon, and we were met at the apartment as arranged. We will use their services again on our next trip to Paris”

“My wife and I stayed in the Eiffel View apartment for two weeks earlier this month. This was our fourth trip to Paris and by far the best rental experience that we have had. The apartment was cozy and bright, very well-equipped with modern conveniences, and perfect for the two of us. The service we received from all A La Carte staff was completely professional and responsive, exactly what we hoped for in choosing a local agency. The neighborhood is ideal--we enjoyed being very close to both metro and bus lines, and having access to a supermarket, to the shops on Rue Cler, and to the vendors at the Saxe-Breteuil market. There were many large and small parks in the area and historic buildings around almost every corner. Seeing the tip of the Eiffel Tower from our front windows and the golden dome of Invalides from the bedroom was a special treat. We recommend A La Carte Paris very highly and plan to stay with them again.”

“We recently spent 6 days at the Eiffel View - Trendy Eiffel Tower Apartment and were more than happy with the unit. The location was perfect, the apartment was just right for my husband and I - comfortable bed, well fit out kitchen, nice bathroom! When we arrived, there was a lovely bottle of champagne and box of chocolates to welcome us, which was a lovely touch! The building is very secure and the apartment was quiet! Could not have been happier!”
Linda & Rick Morelli from United States stayed in March 2016
“We had a fabulous and comfortable stay at the apartment, which was well appointed and had a great view. The location couldn't be better, providing close access to the Metro, local restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. Being an apartment, we were able to go in and out during the course of the day, and relax when needed. The view was excellent and perfect for our extended two-week stay.”

“We stayed in the Eiffel View Apartment 1BR from 24 Dec through 2 Jan 2016. There are no true words to describe how truly happy we were from the booking through to the last day! We will never use anyone for our getaways in Paris other than Paris a la Carte. The service for the booking with Katy was top notch and spot on. We were walked through all parts of the process, given advice and were always treated like we were the only client she was working with.

Upon arrival we were greeted at the airport by their preferred driving service. This is a welcome addition to the booking as the drivers are familiar with the rentals, very personable, very professional and on time. We have stayed in Paris multiple times before and have never had a car service that was this friendly and on time.

We arrived at the 1BR Eiffel View apartment (thank you for the welcome gift - was wonderfully thoughtful!). It has an adorable elevator that whisks you up to your floor in this quaint and well maintained boutique building. Upon entering, we were extremely happy to see that everything in the apartment was exactly as picture on the website. The apartment is an excellent size for two people to spend time comfortably. Everything you could need to feel at home is already included: furnishings are comfortable, bed was unexpectedly very comfortable (I am very picky about that LOL). The bathroom and bedroom provide ample space (we used the closet in the BR for luggage storage and the closet in the livingroom for plenty of clothes and coat hanging). The washer does a great job (note to americans LOL the “dryer” is an electric chrome rack in the bathroom, not a “dryer”). The neighborhood is quiet, quaint and perfect for our holiday get a way! The neighborhood also felt very safe and secure, we were out at 2am and never once felt concerned or worried.

But the main start of the stay is view and location! and this apartment has that in spades. You are steps from some of the best quick eats in Paris , 2 minute walk from metro stop, 2 minutes from markets and grocery stores, a few blocks from the eiffel tower - just completely convenient. The view - not only can you see the top of the eiffel tower day and night (so very cool to know every hour you can stand on a little julliete balcony and watch the old girl sparkle) but you also can see the Arc de Triumph from the same vantage point (we were able to watch all the run throughs for the NYE show). From the back, the beautiful dome of the Hotel Invalides. So amazing to spend your morning looking out over paris rooftops and watching the hustle and bustle - truly living like a local!

Checkout was just as efficient, personable and quiet frankly we didn't want to leave!!!!

We will most def be enjoying this apartment (or one of the other offerings) on our next trip. Thank you so very much for everything!!!”

“Paris a La Carte are efficient and professional and offer a high standard of customer service. I have tried others in Paris and a La Carte is the best by far.”
Jennifer and William Giordano from United States stayed in September 2015
“Thank you A La Carte for making our stay in Paris so wonderful! We received your name on recommendation from a friend and she was right - your apartment was wonderful! We were thrilled with the amenities the apartment offered - free calls to the US, large bathroom, fridge, washer, stove top and even a small dishwasher. What we loved most were the Parisian windows that over looked the Rue Cler! And thank you Julie for helping us to purchase our Disney tickets - it was a fun day and less expensive because of your help. We truly had a wonderful time and loved that the apartment was so close to the Metro, Patisserie, and food market. It was delightful to come home after a wonderful but exhausting day and relax in "our" apartment! Thanks!!”

“We can't wait for our next opportunity to return to enchanting Paris and to the charm, cleanliness and convenience of one of A La Carte Paris' "gems,"..... EIFFEL VIEW. The apartment itself, being on the top floor, was very quiet, in a quiet respectable building, in a bustling neighborhood with rue Cler at the front door. With its' large windows and views, the apartment was always bright and cheerful and much more spacious then we had expected. The layout and décor, the large closet, the immense comfortable bed, the sofa-sleeper, the beautiful glassed in shower, with terrific water pressure and drainage, the linens and supplies provided, all made us feel at home. Add to all this the efficient, thorough, caring service of A La Carte Paris, who fulfilled every word, picture and promise of their great Web site, right down to arranging our pick-up and return to the airport by ASVoiturage, and we can certainly say that we were extremely happy clients, who will be back again !”
Ken Fletcher from Australia stayed in June 2015
“We loved our stay in the Eiffel View apartment. The location was wonderful, looking straight down Rue Cler where we were able to purchase all our needs. The spacious feel of the apartment was great and the facilities excellent. It was also a relief to have an elevator to reach the apartment, not a common feature in Paris. Loved it!”
Wayne & Margaret Bradley from Australia stayed in May 2015
“We liked the Eiffel View 1-bedroom apartment. It had all the facilities we wanted, was attractively furnished, and made for a very comfortable stay. We also appreciated the ability to call our family back home without any extra charges.
But above all, it was probably the best-located apartment or hotel we have stayed at in Paris over the last ten years. We enjoyed being so close to Rue Cler with its many specialty food outlets, an excellent supermarket and restaurants, a post office, and the Metro just two minutes away. Anyone wanting to immediately immerse themselves in Paris life could do no better than choose Eiffel View.
The photographs, video and general information about the apartment that appears on your website accurately depicted the apartment's features. Moreover, the service we received throughout the whole booking process was very professional. We're hoping to return to Paris at about the same time next year and would like to use your services again.”
Peggy Roush from United States stayed in April 2015
“Ooh, la la, our stay for a week at the Eiffel View apartment was fabulous! I should start with the booking--so easy!!! Once we arrived in Paris, from the airport pickup to our driver having the keys to get us into the apartment and showing us around, it was seamless! We have rented many apartments but this was the best arrival and check in that we've ever had! The size of the apartment had me a bit concerned when we booked it (but not my husband) but it was laid out so well that it worked perfectly for the two of us. It was very clean and we loved the bottle of wine and chocolates that welcomed us! The location is a block from Rue Cler and we've always wanted to be able to stay near there and market each day. We found so many lovely things to buy and eat that we ate out for dinner only twice. The other nights we enjoyed cooking in or just heating the quiche & cooking the fantastic pasta we bought on Rue Cler. It's so close to the Eiffel Tower--just a short walk away and my husband ran in the park there. You're close to wonderful restaurants (we did dine out for lunch and wonderful boulangeries!!! There is one just 3 doors down from the apartment that has the best croissants & pastries!!! It's an easy walk to the Grenelle market (1 mile away) which is open on Sunday & Wednesday mornings. Plus the Trocadero Fountains are just across the Seine and one day we walked over to the Champs Elysees. We can't cross staying in an apartment in Paris off our Bucket list as this was so wonderful that we have to go back!”
Anna & Arthur from United States stayed in April 2015
“We stayed at the Eiffel View in April 2015 for 9 fabulous days. Katy met us at the apartment and walked us through the apartment and ensured we understood how everything worked. There was a nice bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us.The apartment is bright, airy, comfortable and has a small modern kitchen with everything you need to cook. The building has an elevator but beware its very small but it does the job. We were on the sixth floor and loved the location. In the evening we could look out the window and see the tip of the Eiffel tower all lit up. The markets were close by and we bought anything we needed to make meals. We ate out a few times for dinner and once on a River boat on the Seine. It was just nice to be able to relax and eat in the comfort of our apartment after a day of sightseeing. Just a couple of doors down you will find the best boulangerie for fresh hot bread and pastries. We loved the fresh hot bread, my husband loved the chocolate eclairs and moi the madelines and had them everyday, Yum! There is also a hairdresser within steps of the apartment building where I got a new "Do".

We loved the fact the apartment building is very secure and located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Ave De La Motte-Picquet and Rue Cler neighborhood is in an ideal location close to several famous monuments. You will discover sidewalk cafes, fresh vegetable stands, meat market, flower stands and several grocery stores down Rue Cler. Less than a block away is the Ecole Militaire metro station easy to take anywhere in the city. We loved taking a walk each evening after dinner to see the Eiffel tower less than a fifteen minute walk.

The A la Carte Paris team is very organized and has a comprehensive brochure with maps and information regarding transportation, restaurants, markets, pharmacies, hospitals and doctors that speak English which we were thankful for. Unfortunately my husband became ill while in Paris. I called the doctors service listed in our brochure and the doctor was at our apartment within the hour. Boy we don't even get that kind of service in the USA. The pharmacy was within a few steps outside our apartment and my husband was feeling better within a couple of days.
Katy arranged our transportation to the airport with a reliable and courteous driver. The driver came up to the apartment and loaded our luggage and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time before our flight. We only wished we would have stayed longer. We definitely will be back, and I am telling all my friends about the wonderful apartment and the Best A la Carte Paris Team.
I told Katy that I will also be posting on TripAdvisor. I want people to know there is a better alternative to staying in Paris for practically the same amount of money instead of staying in a cramped hotel room. You get to be part of the neighborhood if even for a few days!”
Shannon Hart from Australia stayed in February 2015
“We recently stayed at the Eiffel View - Trendy Eiffel Tower 1 bedroom Apartment and were not only blown away by the apartment itself but also the service from A La Carte Paris. From the moment we made the booking we were impressed. We were met by a member of A La Carte Paris team upon our arrival who walked us through everything in the apartment. We had also been left with a brochure of all of the relevant information like restaurants, cafes, shops and transportation in our area.

The apartment itself was exactly what we had seen in the pictures. Being able to see the Eiffel tower from our balcony was just delightful. There was so much detail put into the apartment that it made it feel like home.”
