This wonderful apartment is perfect for a couple wanting extra space, two couples desiring their own privacy, or a family.

Decorated with vintage maps of Paris and original art works, the expansive and light living room has a marble floor, a huge antique mirror over the dining table with chairs for six, and a very large L shaped sofa. Three full height traditional double glazed windows which you can open and sit on the cute window seats overlooking one of the most charming streets in the area. The apartment has been carefully designed to offer practicality with elegance; there is a clever sliding wall between the living room and kitchen that provides privacy while cooking, or when there are extra guests sleeping on the comfortable sofa bed.

The master bedroom is decorated with original prints from the popular magazine La Vie Parisienne, which reflects the soothing nature of this room with its tall window opening onto the quiet courtyard. It has cute vintage bedside tables and matching dressing table, and includes full-length mirrors, solid oak flooring, some Parisienne inspired novels, excellent blackout curtains plus shelves and closets to unpack completely. The bed is extra-long super king size with the highest quality mattress, which can be separated into twin beds. This room has its own private en-suite bathroom with a full-sized tub with shower, towel warmer and a generous sink.

The second bedroom has natural wood shelving and light grey blackout curtains on the tall double glazed window. This bedroom features a full-length mirror, closet and shelves, plus a quality king size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a rain head shower, towel warmer, sink and toilet. This bathroom has two doors, allowing entry from either this bedroom or from the living room, providing discreet access for anyone sleeping on the sofa-bed. Off the kitchen, there is an additional separate guest toilet and sink with a cupboard housing both a washing machine and separate clothes dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, from elegant white crockery, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave, oven and induction cooktop plus a full sized dishwasher. It is perfect if you only desire to warm up your croissants, or want to stay in for the evening to cook a complete Cordon Bleu meal.

Marais Sublime is an exceptional apartment, with its fully equipped spacious interior, extra comfortable bedrooms with their private bathrooms and individual room controlled built in air conditioning. “We had a great stay at the Marais Sublime Classy 2 Bedroom Apartment. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The apartment was well kept and maintained. It was within walking distance to Norte Dame, the Louvre and a Metro station. There were many convenient eating establishments and many shops for great shopping. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying more than a couple of days in Paris.”

“We loved being on Rue Rambuteau. How can one go wrong with the Rambuteau metro strop 1/2 block away, wonderful boulangerie across the street, handy grocery store, etc. etc. The apartment was clean, contemporary, well appointed. We liked everything about it -- NO negative comments... except my wife and I both had a bit of trouble operating the door lock. Every time we called an Uber they found us with no difficulty. It was so nice settling in with soap and paper products in stock, some coffee in the cabinet, etc. Wireless internet was perfect. Etc. Etc. We will likely be interested in same apartment next year for our annual Paris sojourn. Merci!

“We were once again delighted to stay at the Marais Sublime. The apartment is ideally located in the Marais, an easy walk from everything, and in our opinion clearly the most exciting, dynamic area of Paris. Sublime presented perfectly, clean fresh and all the necessary facilities. Thank you again - we will be back!!!”

“It was an absolute pleasure to stay there. The apartment was well located in the heart of the wonderful Marais, but was private, quiet and comfortable. The apartment itself was well appointed and equipped: we wanted for nothing. It was spacious (so much so that our adult children could do their morning stretches in the lounge area!!!), and clean, and provide that welcoming " touch of home". We especially liked the ability to separate the two sleeping areas at night. Your behind scenes administrative support was excellent: prompt friendly, understanding , engaging and warm. The on-site induction was timely, comprehensive and hit the hit the right tone! Congratulations on a superb and comfortable apartment. It is a credit to your commitment to ensuing a quality and thoughtful experience for visitors and we shall be pleased to promote your apartments and indeed we plan to return!!

“Our stay in Paris at Marais Sublime was wonderful! The apartment was charming and comfortable with very easy access to shops and the Metro. There were many good cafes in the neighborhood and we could walk to the Seine and to Ile de la Cite. This experience convinced that vacation apt. rental is the smart way to go when booking accommodations. Thank you, A La Carte Paris, for a lovely time.”

“Our experience renting the Marais Sublime Apartment was excellent in every respect. First, the well-organized website allowed us to conduct an efficient search for a unit matching our specific desires by using optional "filters" to narrow down choices. Once, we became focused on several interesting options, we used the well-done narrated video tours to settle on just the right one. Ironically, it turned out to be the very one our neighbor had previously rented and also enjoyed.

When we arrived, the A la Carte rep was already there waiting for us, and the orientation briefing was efficient and thorough. Everything was as represented, and everything worked. Needless to say, our apartments location in the Marias district added to the experience, and having a bakery across from our building's front door made mornings highly anticipated.

One other thing to mention is the company's willingness and ability to respond to our evolving needs. When I took an overnight side trip to Belgium and left the apartment keys in the hotel there (jet lag?), an A la Carte rep came immediately to the Marais unit on my return and provided access to a second key. When we realized our return flight back to the States wasn't until mid-afternoon, A la Carte was able to allow us a "late checkout" since they had some flexibility since the next occupants weren't due right away.”

“We stayed on rue Rambuteau in Paris, Marais district. When you step outside you have the convenience of three fresh markets, bistros, pastry shop and candy shops in a one block radius. The apartment is one flight up, with a small lift. It has a street view with large operable windows and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a tub and shower, but it's' toilet is next to the second bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked and you need not bring any utensils with you. There is a taxi and Metro stop around the corner. We would rent here again with no hesitation. A La Carte staff was most helpful, available, and respond quickly to any inquires. Staying in the apartment makes you feel you are part of the neighborhood. Enjoy this property.”

“We loved our apartment at the Marais Sublime. The location was perfect for us, with the abundance of bakeries, green grocers, restaurants, gourmet shops and lovely cafés! It was a pleasure being right in the middle of everything.

The metro station was close by and it was very easy to get an Uber car. We loved walking around the Marais District it is so charming and clean.

The apartment was charming, spacious and so clean. It was wonderful having two bedrooms and baths. We would return again and we will highly recommend this apt and the wonderful people at A La Carte Rentals.

A side note would be that we had an unexpected medical emergency in the evening hours and you were all so helpful arranging a physician for us immediately. We also appreciated your heartfelt concern and follow up. We felt very comforted by all concerned.”

“My family of 6 people enjoyed our stay in Paris in August 2015. From the beginning of the booking process to the check out, we received prompt and excellent service. Katy was our primary contact with reservations and responded to emails VERY PROMPTLY. We also interacted with one or two others from the A La Carte Paris team and everyone was amazing. I travel to Europe annually and often rent apartments. The Marais Sublime apartment was well situated along a street with shops and restaurants (which we love) but was not noisy. The apartment exceeded our expectations and was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The apartment featured modern decor and all the amenities we needed (hand soap, dishwashing liquid, towels, plates, utensils, washer/dryer, wifi, and AC in every room). The AC functioned VERY well (definitely up to American standards). We were close to two metro stations and easily walked to Notre Dame and the River Seine. I highly recommend the Marais Sublime apartment and A La Carte Paris!”

“We really enjoyed out stay in the Marais Sublime. The apartment had everything we needed. Arrival and "check in" was easy - Bruno was right on time to meet us. When the battery on our apartment phone was dead (the only issue we had), your team fixed it that day. Nice to have all the spices, plastic wrap and kitchen stuff since we were there for a week. Beds were very comfy. We used the washer and dryer several times and they worked great - as did the air conditioning. Neighborhood was nice - grocery, bakery and several restaurants all right there. Lift was small, but adequate. All great. Thanks for everything.”

“We are now home after a very pleasant stay in Paris. I would like to compliment you and the A La Carte team on the efficient and professional management of our booking. Everything ran like clockwork. We were met at Gare du Nord and taken to our apartment Marais Sublime where the driver showed us around the apartment before leaving us to explore. The apartment was ideal. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and modern and very comfortable. Although we have been to Paris several times before we had never stayed in the Marais. The location was perfect with everything we needed within easy walking distance and a comfortable stroll to the Seine and many of Paris' key tourist attractions. We only wished that we had stayed longer than our four nights.”

“As usual I had a wonderful time in Paris and I have always found dealing with you a pleasure. As you know I have used your company in the past and have always been more than satisfied. The location of Marais Sublime couldn't be any better, you are close to everything. Food stores, cheese and bakery shops and of course cafes. The Marais, the Islands and all the wonderful galleries and historic sites are easily walkable.”

“What can I say, but WOW, our experience with A La Carte has been nothing but fantastic. They handled the delivery and execution of our stay with care and professionalism. I can safely say that from the moment we arrived in Paris, our experience with A La Carte was nothing short of incredible. We had our two young children, 6 & 8 with my wife and I. The apartment 'Marais Sublime' was great, it had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen, large living space, good sized dining table, two comfortable sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry all of which more than met our needs. The apartment was safe and secure on level 1, not noisy and close to everything including subway, restaurants, bakery's, wine shops, boutique shopping etc. I would strongly recommend a stay at the Marais Sublime apartment, as it is an apartment that my family and I would easily stay at again.”
