“We had a wonderful stay at the Eiffel Nest studio. It was very nice of of A La Carte to provide a bottle of champagne as we celebrated our one-year anniversary. We loved exploring the neighborhood, and the apartment was very bright and clean. The big windows and natural light made it feel much larger than a small studio. We appreciate your responsiveness and the easy check-in/check-out. We'd definitely recommend A La Carte Paris to our friends and family that are visiting Paris!”

“Our recent stay at the Eiffel Nest Studio felt like coming home as we had spent eleven nights there a year ago. It is such a special space, looking out at rue Cler with its abundance of culinary delights. The design of the studio is superb and well thought out and very functional for day to day living in Paris. If our future brings us back to Paris, we would definitely choose the Eiffel nest again.”
Alaa Alhabahbeh from Jordan stayed in March 2017
“My wife and I spent 5 nights in this flat for our anniversary and it is excellent! Super clean, well appointed, clear instructions on the appliances, wifi, and surrounding neighborhood. Better than expected, very close to metro and easy check-in. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again. Thanks for wonderful memories!”
Tallitha Campos from Canada stayed in February 2017
“The location is perfect. My husband and I stayed in the Rue Cler area in the past and that's our favorite neighborhood to stay in Paris. The apartment is exactly as described. Communication is excellent. I wouldn't change anything. Everything was superb.”
Gregory Large from New York, United States stayed in February 2017
“If you are visiting Paris this is the place to stay. It was walking distance to Eiffel tower and was surrounded by some of the best food in Paris.”
Keith Arnold from Vermont, United States stayed in February 2017
“This place is perfect for a couple to enjoy Paris. It is in a cute neighborhood next to Rue Cler which has beautiful cafes, restaurants, shopping etc. It is also close to the Metro or you can most almost anywhere from here. We loved it!”
Yael Ifargan stayed in January 2017
“We enjoyed our stay very much at Rue Cler Studio, it was very clean, warm and cozy. The studio is just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything needed, we were very happy to receive a welcome package. It's in an excellent location, there is everything just down the street: supermarket, restaurants and lots of different shops.
We highly recommend this apartment!

We hope to be back again soon!”
Tasha Irwin from Louisiana, United States stayed in January 2017
“Perfect apartment! Very spacious for a studio, clean and centrally located. We stayed for 4 nights and truly enjoyed the neighborhood. The amenities & fully equipped kitchen, including washer/dryer, makes you feel like home. I would absolutely stay here again & recommend to anyone.”
Andrew Montgomery from California, United States stayed in January 2017
“This was a beautiful location for us to stay in Paris! Windows that opened onto the street, walkable to the Eiffel Tower, close to public transportation, an ideal place for an visit!”
Mary & Brandon Hosman-Leffler from Arizona, United States stayed in December 2016
“This apartment was perfect. The location can't be beat. It's so close to Rue Cler, it's literally about a minute walk to get to the markets. We bought quiche, fruit, pastries for breakfast at the apartment every morning. About 12 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Walkable to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and I've already sent the link to two friends planning Paris trips. Katy and Gemma were wonderful to communicate with. Everything was very clear and understood. They arranged transportation for us since we didn't want to deal with it ourselves. It worked out perfectly. The apartment was roomy and once we figured out the washer/dryer combo, that was a nice convenience (although like others have said, it seemed to take forever to dry, unless there were some clearer instructions somewhere that we didn't see). The welcome book was nice. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch too. Everything was wonderful at this apartment and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it. And by the way, I am very picky about location and cleanliness. This place was great!!”
Lucy Salmon from Australia stayed in November 2016
“The apartment was a great base for exploring Paris. The apartment is small but perfectly adequate for a couple. The Rue Cler food markets are on the doorstep which is a massive plus, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Check in was a breeze. We will definitely be back! Thank you”
Maria & Hope Melrose/Michaelson from Australia stayed in October 2016
“We revisited Paris for 2.5 weeks in November 2016 and on this occasion wanted to stay in an apartment and experience living like a local in the 7th arrondissement. Our gorgeous Eiffel Nest studio apartment met our needs and gave us access to enjoy a beautiful Parisian neighbourhood, including the fresh food market street Rue Cler and easy access to the main landmarks and galleries of Paris.

Working with the A La Carte team to make this dream holiday a reality was so easy. They were responsive and reliable and delivered quality customer service. Our apartment was exactly as presented on their website, with no hidden surprises. They also managed a maintenance issue with the dishwasher while we were there very professionally.

For a quality apartment and reliable customer service, I highly recommend A La Carte Paris. We would definitely rebook the Eiffel Nest Studio.”
Joseph Peck from Chicago, United States stayed in October 2016
“Great host and great apartment. Organized host with great communication, clean, modern, comfortable, well equipped, great neighborhood. All in all this was a great place and we'd definitely stay there again.”
Lona Watts from Seattle, United States stayed in October 2016
“The apartment is just as great as it looks in the photos--a really clean and comfortable place to stay. I really loved the apartment but the location is even better. Right off Rue Cler with plenty of food options and all important amenities, near to some fun shopping streets, walkable to so many places, and just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Thank you to A la Carte for being so helpful and making this such a great experience.”
Penelope Stewart from Toronto, Canada stayed in September 2016
“It was perfect. This is a lovely studio apartment in the 7th. There were no surprises as the studio and location reflected the description. It was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed this place very much and would reccomend it.”
Kristen Hayes from United States stayed in September 2016
“My husband and I stayed at the Eiffel Nest for one week in October. The weather was just starting to get chilly so there was no need for air conditioning, which this studio does not have - but they do provide a nice fan. The apartment is just as it appears in photos. The location is perfect! Very close to line 8, the Eiffel Tower & wonderful restaurants (Try Au Bon Accueil and Le Petit Cler). On Rue Cler, which is one block away, you will find everything you need - wine, cheese, bakery, fresh fruit's and vegetables, cafe's, bistro's, fresh flowers, boutique clothing...everything you need is within walking distance. Alacarte Paris does a fantastic job with all of their properties, I will never stay in a hotel when visiting Paris. Do not hesitate to book a property with them! ”
Derek & Dorothy Neff from United States stayed in September 2016
“We got married on September 10, and the opportunity to come to Paris for our honeymoon was a dream come true for both of us. We could not have been happier with “our” cozy, clean, comfortable, and cushy Eiffel Nest, and immediately felt at home for the all-too-brief week we were there. (The wine and chocolates waiting for us on the table when we arrived certainly didn’t hurt, either!) It was unseasonably warm the first couple of nights, and the lack of air conditioning took some getting used to, but a good fan was provided, and we made the best of it. With the Rue Cler market district—including patisseries, boulangeries, food markets, fromageries, several cafes, you name it-- a mere block away, and with an incredible variety of wonderful restaurants and shops all within the radius of a few blocks, we immediately felt plunged into daily life in Paris. The Eiffel Tower was just a few minutes away by foot, as was the Ecole Militaire Metro stop. The apartment itself was exactly as described, and was if anything even more charmingly decorated in real life than the website had indicated. The bed was extremely comfortable, the appliances were all perfectly functional—there’s a helpful manual if you run into trouble—and we never felt anything less than safe the entire time we were there. With no A/C, we kept our windows open at night. The street at night can be a bit noisy—two nearby outdoor cafes stay open late, and they are just down the street—but, again, you’re steeped in Paris life here, and it’s amazing how quickly you can adjust to such things. (The noise was just that of people calmly socializing and enjoying themselves; things never got out of hand.) Gemma, Katy, and Jean-Eric were always responsive to our emails, and we never felt like we couldn’t have reached them quickly if there had been any problems… which there weren’t. It was an unforgettable honeymoon, thanks in no small part to the wonderful folks at A La Carte!”

“The apartment was really nice, clean and cosy. The location couldn't have been better, we had an awesome time in Eiffel Nest -- will definitely recommend it”
Andrea Martin from Australia stayed in August 2016
“We really enjoyed our stay at Katy's apartment. It was exactly as described and seen in photographs. The apartment was clean and the wifi worked well. The best aspect of this apartment was its location; one street back from a cute little market street with cheese and wine shops and a great selection of cafes. It's an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, the metro and a bike hire is also right outside. Katy and her team were very easy to deal with in regards to our stay. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Paris!”
Harry & Valerie Helman-Ponzi from California, United States stayed in June 2016
“This apartment was amazing! The location is just minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. There are numerous cafes, restaurants and shops just outside the door. The pictures of the suite don't do it justice! It is a perfect spot to make your Paris holiday perfect!”
Harry Helman from United States stayed in June 2016
“The apartment in Paris was amazing! Beautifully appointed and immaculate! The location was a short 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and there were lots of great restaurants, cafes and shops just outside the door. A true gem to make your stay in Paris perfect!”
Bill & Marylin Hewitt from California, United States stayed in May 2016
“Our host made us feel welcome with a bottle of wine, and someone available as we had trouble finding the right apartment. We loved everything about the place. The bed, kitchen, table and chairs., location . It all worked worderfully for us. We would try and stay their again on our next trip to Paris.”
Willy Chung from United Kingdom stayed in April 2016
“A La Carte did a great job with this flat. The photos of the flat are accurate and it was in great condition. They had left us nice welcome gift and a binder full of great information about the flat as well as the area for sights, shopping, and food. They even provided extra copies of a map with the corresponding points of interest marked. The guide books were also a nice touch. The location was excellent, a few minute walk from the Metro, a block away from Rue Cler, and a quick walk to the Eiffel Tower. They were easy to work with and also very accommodating to our schedule. We would stay here again, but would be even interested in checking out other A La Carte properties to explore other neighborhoods. Thanks for a wonderful time in Paris!”
David & Rosemary from Canada stayed in April 2016
“First, let me complement you and your company for the fine way that you operate your business. Your website, your communications, your booking process, your helpful tips, your attention to personal requests were all first class. We highly recommend you to our friends.
Now The Eiffel Nest Studio! What a perfect place to land. We totally loved the suite. The location, the layout, the condition of the furniture and fixtures, the cleanliness were all just perfect! And who doesn’t like being greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates. We felt quite secure and safe. We found the manual extremely helpful. For us and the way we like to live, the neighbourhood was ideal. We just loved being there.”
Bonnie Quan from California, United States stayed in March 2016
“The Eiffel Nest Studio was the perfect stay for our last trip to Paris. It's exactly as pictured, within steps of Rue Cler, a short walk to the Metro and the Eiffel Tower. Katy and her team were easy to communicate with and very helpful in arranging airport transportation for a 5am pickup. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again!”
Jonathan Wilson from Georgia, United States stayed in March 2016
“Katy and the people of A La Carte Paris were very professional and ensured that I had a good stay in the trendy 7th of Paris! The apartment was kept very well and they provided very specific instructions on the check in process and the check out process. Katy and A La Carte Paris made themselves available via phone or email the whole trip to help me if I had any difficulties during my stay. The apartment itself is gorgeous and decorated very chicly. The price is a steal, as well! It's located only one block from Rue Cler, with shops, restaurants, and the metro very nearby. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and staying in this listing helped make my Paris experience great!

Patricia Hagen from Seattle, United States stayed in February 2016
“We had a wonderful experience with A La Carte Paris. Very professional, gracious and helpful. They responded to us quickly and answered all of our questions about this apartment including questions about the surrounding area. It was really a terrific experience.”
