"The apartment, situated just steps off the fashionable and fun rue St. Dominique and a block away from the famous shopping street, rue Cler, exceeded my expectations in terms of elegance, comfort, size and convenience.
The textiles and fabrics are all of the highest quality and the little touches such as laundry detergent made available for use with the combined washer/dryer make it a turnkey property - all the amenities and conveniences of a hotel, with the size, luxury and privacy of an apartment in one of the most fashionable and well-situated districts in Paris. The Eiffel Tower is minutes walk as is the Seine and the Grand Palais is just across the bridge.
What I liked most was the beautiful drapes, the bed and bedding, the convenience of the household furnishings such as a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and TV, phone with long distance calling (included) and super fast Internet all that worked without a hitch.
The decor of period perfume adverts was original and very Parisian. And there is a booklet left by A La Carte Paris staff that indicates all the conveniences of the neighborhood such as the recommended boulangerie, where the nearest post office is and even lists useful telephone numbers.
For non-French speaking people vacationing in Paris, they really provide a sense of home and privacy, without allowing you to feel isolated or like you are all on your own.
I would recommend this apartment highly especially for a romantic getaway, to celebrate a honeymoon or special anniversary, a couple or also for a young family with up to two children.
It is one of the loveliest vacation apartment rentals I've seen in Paris. With a friendly, respectful, helpful staff."

The apartment was ideal as far as we were concerned, immaculately clean throughout. We found it even more attractive than your claims.
The gesture of the bowl of fruit, the bottle of wine, the candle were extremely pleasant touches, we had brought our own candles and holders to enhance the atmosphere, we were surprised to see you had already considered this.
The location was perfect for us, close to simple cafes, even close to a supermarket. Short taxi ride to areas of interest. A short walk took us to the river and ample taxi services to the remainder of the wonderful CIty of Paris.
The apartment surpassed our expectation in many ways, your presentation was exact and reflected the charm of the property and it's location.
Your staff were the most efficient, polite and kind ladies, throughout the booking and our stay. Your property, your many suggestions and advice made for a perfect vacation.
The taxi service you suggested between airport and property were excellent, both vehicles and drivers.
We would have no hesitation in using this apartment again or recommending to friends.

Opera Duplex Apartment
My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed at the Opera Duplex for a week, and greatly enjoyed this luxurious, spacious and wonderfully equipped flat. We found it spotlessly clean and with many (unexpected) supplies. The flat has plenty of natural lighting, is located in a quiet little lane and the surrouding streets offer many restaurants, cafes, and high class shopping.
The flat's location is no less than superb: right next door to the magnificent Opera Garnier (hence its name) and the Grands Magazins (Paris' fabulous department stores).
Several bus, Metro and RER lines are within very short walks, and some of the important rail stations are close (mainly the Gare du Nord, home of the Paris end station of the Eurostar speed train to London. It only takes less than 2 and one half hours from the centre of Paris to that of London!). The Roissy-bus stop (to and from Charles de Gaulle airport) is just a few steps away from the flat.
It is important to emphasize that all arrangements with A la Carte staff worked exactly as expected and planned, with punctuality and plenty of good will. We have decided that from now on A la Carte is our stronghold in Paris.
To sum it up: a unique, marvellous experience! Thank you A la Carte Paris!

Left Bank Pantheon Apartment
We arrived in Paris with high hopes as the Left Bank apartment we booked looked great on the website. However we were blown away by how fantastic the apartment actually was. It was very big for a Paris apartment and beautifully renovated. It contained everything we needed and more, including a bottle of wine and fresh fruit. The views from the six windows were spectacular and all the amenities were close by. Whenever we needed advice, we simply emailed Katy or Jacqui who responded immediately with the help we needed. We will definitely be recommending alacarte to our friends and family and using them again when we return to Paris.

Left Bank Eiffel apartment
Our experience staying in A La Carte’s Left Bank Eiffel was truly magical and forever memorable!! My husband and I enjoyed our tenth wedding anniversary in this gorgeous apartment, which has been decorated with style and finesse. We were welcomed with flowers, chocolates and champagne; what an amazing start to our holiday! The apartment contained every amenity I could ever need (and more!) and our only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer to fully enjoy the what the apartment had to offer. Spacious, light and bright, warm and welcoming, this apartment had a very comfortable bed, two living areas and a gorgeous bathroom. We both slept soundly, as while the apartment was in a beautiful and practical location, there was no traffic or other noise our whole stay.
In addition to an amazing interior, the location of Left Bank Eiffel was amazing; one story down (at the apartment’s ground level) just a quick look to the left and see the Eiffel Tower, just a street away! This site was even more stunning, of course, at night! With so much information available within the A La Carte information brochure we found local restaurants and sites with ease. A metro was a short walk away and the river just a five minute stroll. Perfect location.
In addition to the wonderful apartment, we also experienced unrivalled service from A La Carte Paris, who I now recommend as often as possible to anybody travelling to Paris. Alex, Katy, Richard and the rest of the team helped me in any way they possibly could, from the moment I contacted them about their apartments to following up to ensure I had a good stay. We have never felt so welcomed in another city, and that should any problem arise (no matter what it was!), knew there would be someone to rescue us! The A La Carte team treated us with such warmth and kindness that I could not imagine staying in Paris other than in one of their gorgeous, truly Parisian and yet inexpensive apartments!
I cannot wait til my next trip to Paris, buoyed by the knowledge that any accommodation I book with A La Carte will exceed expectations!! Thank you again so very much Alex, Katy, Richard and team!

I really loved the Marais Market apartment. It was comfortable with everything I needed and wanted from a Paris apartment. Great location for eating and shopping, and perfectly decorated. My American friends who happened to be in town that week stopped by for some wine and were extremely impressed, regretting being at a hotel that cost nearly as much! The neighborhood guide was very useful, too.

Our entire experience with A La Carte was excellent. Our arriving train was late and the representative for A La Carte waited for hours for us to get there - just a small sample of the commitment from the team. The area was perfect - easy access to everything including the Metro - with many great shops and restaurants close by. The apartment was very clean and well decorated as well.

Napoleon Eiffel Apartment
I found staying in an apartment an extremely convenient way to vacation in Paris with my family of four. The space was quite comfortable and even roomy, which is certainly not something that is available in many European hotel rooms. There was a fun restaurant bar that we used as our “hotel lobby” each night before going to sleep and being only a couple of blocks away for the Rue St Market really enhanced the experience. The best part however was the amazing view of the Eiffel tower as we entered our apartment each night.

The location on the Ile of St-Louis is fabulous for its small village like atmosphere on the island, but within close walking distance to many Paris attractions. To stay on historic Places des Vosges made my stay in Paris truly memorable. The Marais Marvel was a stones throw from the Bastille Markets, metro stations, magnificent boulangerie and a wonderful variety of shops, galleries and restaurants. Of course I explored Paris, but found it so fulfilling exploring my own immediate area. The apartment was beautifully appointed and everything I could need was at my fingertips. Eiffel Elegance is the perfect apartment for two people. It is exactly as the pictures show it. Beautifully decorated, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, comfortable bed with luxurious linens and it is in one of the best areas (7th AR). We truly felt as if we were locals of the area. Great restaurants, Rue Cler, shopping and museums all within walking distance. Also close to the metro so we could explore other areas. When we return to Paris, this is the apartment we want.

The Marais Excellence apartment was everything we had dreamed of! Beautifully decorated, wonderfully comfy beds and all the little extras, like laundry and bath soaps and condiments AND a bowl of fresh fruit! The location also led to many 'new to us' Paris experiences, like exploring the Jewish quarter, enjoying the Kosher bakeries, trying all the local wine bars and bistros - and the best part - cruising the Saint Martin Canal! It's a must-do excursion, especially when it's warm and sunny! Loved every minute of the trip!

I recently visited Paris which my husband for the first time, to celebrate my 50th birthday. We chose to stay in an apartment as we wanted to experience the Paris community more like a local, than a tourist. We found all our dealings with A la carte Paris to be professional, trustworthy and efficient. The apartment Marais Louise was accurately depicted in all the photos online and we were not disappointed on arrival. It was light and airy, in a great location, and the driver arranged by the A la Carte team was very helpful, waiting for our delayed plane very early in the morning, then helping with our bags up to the apartment. There were lovely personal touches in the apartment, a bottle of French wine and fresh fruit on the table for us to enjoy, great books on Paris, DVDs, and tips on local sites and restaurants. The apartment was conveniently located, well serviced by the Metro, nice local food and wine shops, good restaurants and fantastic shopping. Many great sites were a short walk from home. We would happily return next time we are in Paris, a home away from home, and I have already recommended A la carte Paris to my neighbour for the upcoming trip to Paris. The apartment was central, close to some Metro stations just off Avenue McMahon. There was a local market nearby and the many cafes and restaurants appear to be frequented by locals rather than tourists. In addition, as a cyclist, there was a Velip station just outside.

We loved our week in the Marais Chic apartment. It's a perfect pad for exploring the neighborhood by foot and has everything you could want within a few blocks—bakeries, cafés, restaurants, bars. Maybe the best part of all was the fact that there is no check-in or check-out, like you'd have at a hotel. Everything was seamless and we felt like we lived there, if only for a few days.

Bonjour,
Having just returned from a wonderful extended stay in Paris, I would like to recommend your apartment service to others.
My correspondence with Katy was always answered in a pleasant, personable, prompt and professional manner.
The booking and payment process were handled effortlessly and the pickup at the airport was most efficient.
My cousin and I booked the two bedroom "Marais Excellence" apartment for a one month stay and it proved to be just perfect for our needs.
Spacious and comfortable, we could have the privacy of our separate bedrooms and bathrooms, but then enjoy the dining and sitting areas for eating and relaxing.
The kitchen was perfectly adequate and I even managed to cook a few dinners - mostly we ate out, or enjoyed "picnic" style meals after long days of exploring this most fabulous of cities.
Rue des Rosiers is right in the very heart of the lively Marais area and the apartment was on the 3rd floor above busy restaurants. There was pedestrian traffic day and night which we found added to the atmosphere ... if we opened the windows on the warmer nights the noise below was a pleasant buzz.
However, the bedrooms at the back of the apartment were quiet .
The weekly cleaning service was very thorough and included in our rental fee. Our sheets and towels were also changed and we appreciated this convenience.
The stairs could be challenging for some, but we convinced ourselves the 48 steps were good exercise after all that delicious food !
I hope to return to Paris as soon as possible and would always be happy to use the services of "A la Carte" again.

Left Bank Eiffel apartment
We could not have been more delighted with the apartment, the location, and the neighborhood. Everyone we met was just wonderful and we loved the area. We felt like true Parisians especially on Bastille Day when we simply walked out into the street with a bottle of champagne and watched fireworks and danced with our neighbors. The people who run the fresh fruit and veggie stand around the corner were terrific and they loved teaching my 7 year old son French words and phrases. Every day he wondered when we were going to go and see our new friends. Jean-Marc in the Primitive Art gallery downstairs was simply great to us. He was a treasure trove of information and never tried of our questions or correcting my wife’s Quebec French to Parisian French.
We did all the tourist things but our favorite part of our week in Paris was just exploring our neighborhood. I can’t finish without stating how taken we were with the drivers we had especially Olivier. He went out of his way to take us via the scenic route even though he did not have to and is an asset to your team. The drivers who picked us up and dropped us off at the train station were a huge part of your no worry, no hassle experience. We also met James on the Saturday we checked out and he was also a first rate ambassador for your company. We will definitely be back and we will not look elsewhere for accommodations. You have loyal clients with the Thorn family from now on.
My only question is, when will you expand to other cities?

The A la carte experience was excellent from start to finish. The Monttessuy apartment was perfectly located adjacent to the Eiffel Tower, close to Rue Cler market, the shopping strip on Rue Saint Dominique and walking distance to many noteable Paris attractions. The layout of the apartment was perfect for two singles travelling together (or for a couple), with enough space to relax and have some privacy. The patisserie located on the corner is one of the best in Paris, and the neighbourhood is removed from the tourist strip, which makes it very pleasant indeed. I would return in a heartbeat to Paris and Monttessuy - our Paris dream really did come true!

Quiet upscale neighborhood with excellent bus & metro connections allowing easy access to right and left bank attractions.There is a lovely flower shop just downstairs to fill the apartment with beautiful bouquets. And the patisserie Secco was worth it's weight in gold.
Very comfortable furnishings with updated kitchen and bathroom amenities. I would like to make one suggestion that the tile floors could have been sealed like the hallways in the building. The clay tiling was a little too rustic shall we say on our feet. But otherwise-- I see where the owners of the apartment were trying to go for.

The appartment was all you said it would be.The area was safe and whatever we needed was only a very short stroll away.You could indeed live (almost ) as a local.
The appartment had everything you could possibly need,that is,it was like your own home.I found the collection of travel books very helpful and a handy supplement to my own(which I in fact left behind).It was close to the the metro which meant you could easily travel to the busy areas for as long as you needed and then return to a peaceful haven.
You did not misrepresent the flat to us even though it was not where we wanted to be.If we return to Paris we will certainly be in touch with you.
I was pleased with the way you dealt with us especially after the problems encountered when we believed we could stay in another appartment you had on your books but which became unavailable.
I also found the information details about Paris you sent me invaluable.
Bearing in mind we arrived in the appartment some 36 hrs after we left Sydney,tired and jet lagged,it was a place we found that we were able to recover very well and very quickly.
Had it not been as comfortable as you said it would be the start of our holiday would have been damaging to our overall enjoyment of our 4 weeks away.

Champs Elysees Etoile apartment
Looming ahead of me was one of the world's greatest monuments...the Arc de Triomphe. As I rounded that perfectly proportioned and graceful monument, I was thrilled with anticipation knowing that my apartment was just steps away! I rented a lovely one-bedroom apartment on one of the "spokes" of the Arc de Triomphe's wheel, Avenue Mac-Mahon, minutes from the Champs Elysees. Upon arriving, a bit jet-lagged, I was greeted at the door by the impeccable Bruno Wagner, Director of A La Carte Paris Apartments. Champagne, fresh flowers and fruit awaited me. Contemporary furnishings and interesting art filled the apartment. Best yet, Bruno connected my laptop to a fast internet hook-up at the work desk. With a courtyard-facing exposure, my apartment was very quiet--yet located within a local Parisian neighbourhood filled with boutiques, patisseries, cafes and the necessary ATM!
On a practical level, I had a wonderful experience renting through A La Carte Paris. All my pre-booking questions were answered promptly and professionally. My expectations were met with regard to the apartment and its amenities, which were lovely. I would happily rent with A La Carte again, having perused their website for their apartments in the wonderful arrondissements of Paris!

I had a toe infection while in Paris so spent a lot of time in the apartment itself not being able to walk about much. The apartment was so central to all the shops that it was so easy to hop around and still find the most wonderful bakeries,
produce for the kitchen and eateries. The library in the apartment with all the reference books on France, places to visit, museums and art galleries,cookery books etc was truly amazing. I got to 'see & learn' a lot more of the country just by staying indoors. What an unexpected treat!

Katy was amazing and the whole process was made so smooth and easy. Katy was extremely helpful.
The apartment was actually "very good" for one reason. It was very clean and in a great spot and had all we needed, but if I had one small point of feedback it would be that the furniture was a bit worn and a little shabby/dirty/marked. The couches are a light color so some marks and dirt show on them, which just makes it appear a bit worn. But really, overall, it was fantastic.
The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived.
There was some construction going on in the hallway when we arrived and I emailed Katy to find out if it would be going on all week. She replied to me immediately and looked into it and answered all of my questions right away. I cannot say enough good things about her and the attention she gave us. She was so helpful and made the whole trip so easy.
I wouldn't ever stay in a hotel again!
I already referred my aunt and uncle to a la carte and they will soon be booking a stay in september with you.

The location is perfect - easy metro access with simple connections, surrounded by good food shops, and within walking distance of many of my favourite parisian spots - ONE CAVEAT with this apt.: it's incredibly noisy (first floor, facing the street and two doors away from a very popular sports bar) - the first week a real challenge to sleeping, with a rousing chorus of the marseillaise at 4 am one morning, and the local gendarmes picking up revellers on another
I had to get a prescription and found english-speaking doc in the instruction manual in the apt - all went smoothly
Every year, when I come to Paris to go to Roland Garros, I've stayed with friends. This year, with renovations underway at my usual digs, I had to rent an apartment.
You've now spoiled me forever.
The apartment was charming and fresh (yes, exactly like the pictures), the location unbeatable, and I can honestly say I've never enjoyed a stay in Paris more. Thanks to everyone - from the bookings team to housekeeping to the taxi service to and from the airport (well worth the price). I'll be back next year.

Its location was excellent (fresh baguettes from the bakery across the road every morning was a treat), and the contemporary decor was warm and comfortable. Location excellent! The Eiffel Park apartment was a great choice: fantastic location, very well appointed and comfortable. Everything was well organised for us and we felt as if we really did have our own home in Paris! We will definitely come back here again.
We liked the apartment very much: it was really light and had a great view over the rooftops. The amenities were very good and it seemed a very 'loved' place. One welcome addition would be a coffee table in the sitting room.

This is a very large one bedded apartment full of light. Although on a busy street it does not front the street but overlooks a quiet courtyard.The street it is on is a great area for restaurants and food shops. The plumbing and fixtures are all modern and work. We had a very enjoyable 3 weeks there and would book the appartment again if we visited Paris.

We enjoyed staying at the Left Bank Pantheon apartment very much. It was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. The apartment was quite even though it looks over a busy street. This was due to the double glazed windows. There is a bus and train nearby and is only 15 minutes walk to Notre Dame.
We would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Champs Elysees Etoile apartment
It was a pleasure staying at the Etoile apartment! I found the apartment very comfortable and roomy and nicely decorated and liked especially the location close to the Arc de Triumph and the Champs-Elysees. Everything is in walking distance, which is very convenient. I found also the apartment set-up to be very safe with the locked doors.
And last but not least, your assistance during my stay was outstanding and very very helpful.
If we come back to Paris, we will certainly stay there again.

We stayed for just over a week in the Marie Louise apartment in the Marais district. The apartment is beautiful - perfectly furnished, a comfortable bed, and looks onto a courtyard so very quiet. It is spacious, and it was so nice to come home to our own little piece of Paris at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. Its location was perfect, close to a few Metro stations and loads of really good restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Not to mention the shopping - brilliant. The service we received before arriving, and then on arrival was first class and we long to come back in the future!

Left Bank Pantheon was a great apartment - spacious, light filled and very comfortable. The basket of fruit and welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. The boulangerie downstairs was lovely for the breakfast croissants, and the bus stop and Metro station just near the apartment, literally a one minute walk, made travel a breeze.
We would definitely use the agency again and have recommended it to our friends.

Our originally booked apartment had flood damage (before our arrival) and we were moved to this apartment, the process of moving us was extremely well organised and arranged. It caused no problems for us during the trip.
The apartment was in a wonderful location, it was a delight to have the Eiffel Tower Park as our local park, we visited every day. The apartment has a lovely view and is very well furnished. It was a lovely place to enjoy Paris from, and having a lift was a dream when travelling with a toddler!

I regularly stay at apartments while on holiday, and I spend a large amount of time researching options before I make a choice. During my search, A la Carte's rentals stood out far above the rest for both design and location. Booking with them was a breeze, and upon arrival both the apartment and the location lived up to their billing.
Their service before and during the stay was not only friendly and fast, it also went above and beyond.
For example, we arrived on December 23rd and were having difficulty finding any place to eat on Christmas Eve. Out of the blue, their representative called and offered to connect us with a local restaurant that would prepare and deliver to us a traditional Christmas Eve meal. They went to the trouble of making the arrangements, and the food arrived exactly when we asked. It was delicious and made the holiday a special one for us. I've never received that level of service from a vacation rental agency before.
I couldn't recommend them more highly.

We loved our little apartment in Paris and enjoyed our check in and check out visits. I have already spread the word here at work about your excellent service and have a little coincidence to share. I remember when reading the blurb on the apartment that it mentioned details and photo's of the apartment had been sent to a design magazine. Well guess what - here at work (Fletcher Building) we advertise in NZ architecture and design magazines and VOILA - the newest mag on the streets down here is "homestyle" and there is a three page spread on "our little apartment" My eyes just about popped out! I will get a copy and get it over to you guys unless of course you already have one...
Not sure when our next little sojourn will be - Clive is back to New York and Anchorage for the rest of the year and who knows what next year will bring. But you will be the first to hear.

This is out second succesful stay in Paris with A La Carte, and will be coming back. The apartments we have stayed in have both been in St Germain, an area we prefer because of well provisioned local services, eateries, and atmospheric left bank. It was easy to access the main attractions of Paris.
The quality and location of this apartment is ideal. It was well furnished and had all the essentials for a self catering short stay in Paris.

The apartment is full of character & charm and the location is second to none - excellent cafes, bistros, restaurants, book-shops, specialist shops - and all with the fabulous Isle de St.Louis and the banks of the Seine a stone's throw away. What more could you ask for? Perfect for a family of four - like us. The kids loved it - their first time in Paris - our youngest daughter was so sad when we left she cried.
You really can't get a better endorsement than that... The service from A-la-Carte was the best we have experienced. A real find.

Kitchen - A very beautiful kitchen that worked very well. We cooked several times during our stay. The plates and glasses were not very clean. They had a lot of build-up from the dishwasher detergent and we had to scrub them by hand before they were nice to use.
Master Bathroom - The lights above the sink did not function. Overall, the bath was nicer than expected and the cloths washer/drier was great.
Big Bedroom - There was only one sheet and one heavy down comforter. We were so hot on many nights that we shut off the heat in the bedroom and opened the windows but it was still too hot! And it was zero Celsius one night. I suggest you put some lighter weight blankets in the closet.
Living room - A large beautiful room with lots and windows and light but it was clear the apartment was decorated by an amateur. Too bad, it's such a wonderful space and it would not take a lot to make it stunning.

The location could not be better! A few steps out the door to bakery, takeaways, fresh food market (even open on Sunday), great boutiques, bars/cafés and Ladurée (dangerously close actually). The apartment is in a quiet courtyard and very peaceful. The sun streamed through windows in the afternoon. The apartment was equipped with all necessities. The taxi service offered worked smooth for airport transfer. And, service was outstanding on the telephone and email.

We appreciated the extra space of a one bedroom apartment. I would always choose an older one bedroom apartment compared to a newer, open plan, smaller apartment.
There was a good atmosphere in the apartment block, neighbours friendly and we respected their privacy.
Marais Vosges is an excellent apartment for a couple visiting Paris itt is close to Metro, Supermarket, Shops, Restaurants and Pl. des Vosges.
The apartment has a large Lounge/Dining room and Kitchen with adequate Bedroom and Bathroom. It is a private apartment on the second floor of a residential block, surrounding a courtyard. It would suit a quiet couple wishing to rest in a very comfortable bed after a busy day enjoying Paris.

We have just returned from one of the most enjoyable vacations we have ever had - our first trip to Paris! We wanted to stay in an area where we could walk to restaurants, shops, Notre Dame, the Louve, and that is exactly what we found through Paris A la carte.
This little apartment is gorgeous, had everything we needed for myself, husband and 18 year old daughter. The apartment is located on a little street that, though busy with people walking, is actually quite. It is located on the 4th floor (no lift) with steps to climb - but once there - you will not be disappointed. My daughter fell in love with a Vintage clothing shop around the corner where she found a gorgeous vintage Prada purse for 20 euro! So much to do in the area. We only took a cab a couple of times.
I would definitely return to this apartment!

St Germain Magic is a lovely apartment in a great location, as it is in an old building you expect a level of creaking and small spaces, however a few minor repairs and some maintenence could bring it up to the level it is portrayed in the website.

I wanted to drop you a quick note to again thank you for your unmatched hospitality. More importantly, you should know that your business plan is phenomenal and i've pretty much decided to change the way I travel from now on. This place gives me all the comforts of my own home and none of the otherwise bizarre alien processes of an expensive hotel.
The amenities and care you've packaged into this apartment and into your service have led to a so-far continuous series of pleasant surprises or "just what i need" moments, including: the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in (including my own), a DVD copy of Cannonball Run (silly, but a relic of my childhood), a deck of cards, a pasta strainer, a box of haricot verts, and a roll of electrical tape (I only needed a small piece).
My fiancée and i have agreed that this place turned our trip completely around and the past days have been some of the most memorable we've shared. it may sound simple, but i guess what I'm expressing is that you really can't overrate the benefits of "home" even when you're traveling. You understand this and have made this possible more than anyone, anywhere I've traveled (and I've done quite a lot in the past 6 years). Bravo. Standing ovation. Encore.

The apartment is ideal for a couple and is fully equipped. Immerse yourself in the French/ Parisian way of life by strolling through Rue Mouffetard street market. There's lots of great local restuarants and being just across the road from Metro station, exploring Paris is easy.
Rue Monge can be noisy but also great for people watching from the apartment.

The trip was for my Wifes 60th birthday and it was important to get it right!! I need not have worried. Katy at a la carte took care of everything, including airport transfers. We had an appartment in the Marais - Marais Gem - and it was perfect in every way, Location, equipment, cleanliness, everything.

This was a surprisingly quiet apartment although close to an active street, shops and a terrific park. It was good sized, light and bright, and very efficient for our needs with the washer/dryer, living room w/tv, internet access and fully equipped modern kitchen.
We were there 25 days and got immediate assistance from the a la carte office for a short power outage and a few minor repairs.
It was a wonderful location close to several good bistros, the Monoprix supermarket, Metro, several museums and boutique stores.
We would definitely call them again for our next visit.

We were delighted to be met at C de G by a shuttle taxi driver organised by A la carte. We were whisked seemlessly to our apartment within a very short walk of the Eiffel Tower and were immediately impressed by the.quality of the apartment, in terms of it's location, security provisions, compactness, style, furnishings and ambience.
Phoning A la carte the next day to confirm our safe arrival, we had a very pleasant chat with Katy who was enormously helpful and friendly and only too pleased to be of assistance to the uninitiated.
We organised our sight-seeing, our restaurant excursions and our shopping from the extensive information provided in the apartment.

I was very pleased with the condition, cleanliness, and amenities of the apartment, Marais Louise. It was very conveniently located to all the most visited sights of Paris and to the vibrant neighborhood of the Marais.
It had been twenty years since I was last in Paris. I would suggest that you advise people to make sure they buy the Museum Pass and make reservations for the Eiffel Tower, Disneyland, and Versaille ahead of time.
Reiterate warnings about pickpockets on the metro. I would suggest you advise people to only carry cash and then only enough that they are comfortable losing it.
