"Designer studio in the historic Marais"

The Bretagne studio, in the historic Marais district, combines classic Parisian charm with modern comfort and amenities.

On the 4th floor (walk-up), the door opens onto a slick contemporary designer interior. One enters into a pink-lit entrance, with a walk-in dresser to the right. Then, moving into the room, the queen-sized bed is to the right, with the dining area to the left and the stylish kitchenette ingeniously built into the wall of cupboards, also to the left.

This slick, modern interior was entirely redone in september 2004. The room is very bright and quiet, with two tall french windows looking over romantic Paris rooftops. Thanks to double glazing, the ambiance is hushed and peaceful.

The professionally decorated interior is coordinated in soothing hues of beige, with sharp bursts of colour adding contrast and energy. The hundred-year old parquet floorboards have been dyed in a subtle greyish beige, giving a combination of traditional material and contemporary colours.

The designer bathroom is both beautiful and functional, with a stylish cubic wash bassin, a lavatory and a bathtub with a wall-mounted shower attachment. The kitchen is built into a large cupboard, well-designed and fully equipped.
