"Designer one-bedroom in the Historic Marais"

This one-bedroom apartment is located right in the geographic center of Paris, in the historic Marais and has just come out of a full renovation (January 2007). The interior design is a happy mix of clean modern lines with a soothing restful palette of colors.

A hallway distributes onto the living room on the right, with separate lavatory on the left, and the bathroom straight ahead.

The living room is divided in two areas: on your left, the sofa (which can welcome additional guests on a high quality mattress) and two charming “cabriolet” armchairs create a cozy atmosphere around the coffee table. On the right, the dining-room area can comfortable seat 4 guests. A fireplace with marble mantelpiece brings character to the dining and living room, while hundred-year-old hardwood parquet floors and two large French windows make you feel welcome straight away.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven/microwave, stove, dish washer, coffee maker and kettle.

The bedroom welcomes a brand new queen-sized double bed, with a nice thick mattress. Two bedsides tables with reading lamps and a fireplace provide a warm ambiance. You will also find a large cupboard to store your clothes personal belongings and a handsome desk can be used for a spot of work, or just emailing home on your laptop.

The bathroom includes a large shower, wash basin and a washing/drying machines. The space is beautifully designed and finished in a pale elegant green.
