"All the romance of the Latin Quarter"

This wonderful one-bedroom apartment has been redesigned by an
architect and is owned by a Paris decorator whose design flair
features prominently in the interior. The front door opens into an
entrance, with a comprehensively-equipped open kitchen to the right
and a dining area to the left. The warm colours of the walls greet
you and draw you in to explore further…
The large living room, off to the left, features three full-length
double-glazed French windows for a bright, airy and quiet ambiance.
All three windows open onto a balcony on the peaceful sidestreet,
from which one can see the Seine and its quai. It’s a very restful
and oh-so-Parisian view. As one would expect the room is beautifully
decorated, with a controlled use of warm colours. Seating is
comfortable and generous, with two sofas and several different
armchairs. The shelves of books and original artwork bring a
wonderfully cultured feel. It’s a room you will be glad to come home
to after a long day out.
The bedroom features a double bed and large custom-fitted wardrobes.
The lighting in the room is particularly subtle and successful. You
will sleep well here, enjoying perfect peace and quiet even with the
window open on the beautiful courtyard.
The bathroom, ensuite to the bedroom, is finished in fresh shades of
greens and features a large shower cabin, a modern frosted glass
wash bassin and chrome towel heating rails.
